oh i am doing so badly with this, i just dont want to do this anymore. i cant get motivated, i feel like I'm floundering around like i just dont know what to do to get back on track again.
257.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
