Of course I am upset that I gained so much weight in a week (insert tears here), but I have to lose it by June 16, 2018 for my final dress fitting...GULP! I am using that to get my act together.

536 protein calories a day, less than 20 carbs. I haven't been in ketosis in weeks so I am hoping to get there soon and start burning some fat. Daily workouts, NO SUGAR (my stomach is already going down) and I am running the stairs (up and down twice and quickly )at my job three times a day, four flights. Drinking water with lemon all day long. I am hoping the dress will still fit. Send positive thoughts my way friends, pray for me, light a candle, do whatever but help to agree with me that I can do this!!

536grms of protein a day are you nuts..You'll destroy your kidneys in short time..Klynn should of told you that at one time she was eating a box of protein bars because they tasted good.l believe she stopped doing that. Go by..Weight x .32= Protein Per Day...also 500 calories a day is way to low to lose weight..you need to up your cals. to a min.of 1200cals a day..so adjust a balance CICO of your food intake for carbs,fats and protein

Not AT ONE TIME, one time I did that...geez...forgive my past mistake!! She didnt say 536g of protein, she said 536 protein calories, which could mean 3 thick slices of pork roast, or a cup of ground beef. I really feel like I have personally offended you at some time, Murph, and you just do not like me. I am truly sorry for whatever I have done. People here love you, but most, if not all, of our interactions have not been positive. I would really like to change that.

Thanks and sorry for the confusion. The diet I am on has you count the calories from the protein you eat, not the grams. So my diet has been two boiled eggs 156 calories/12 grams of protein, protein shake 110 calories/21 grams of protein and so on.

if you are doing a low carb diet you really must get some serious fat grams. too much protein will keep you out of ketosis I learned that the hard way of getting no where for months. I started keeping track of everything and found off how wrong I was doing the diet. and how many calories was I was overeating. fat should always be higher than protein. there are good fats everywhere to add to your diet. some almonds, avocado, olive oil, etc.

I've heard someplace that the fat should be higher than protein and there is some 'magical' formula for the percentages, But I just try to keep it lower and also add more fat if it seems high. I also had issues with eating too much protein verses fat in my younger years but it is all good, live & learn what works for your body. I especially have to stay away from that evil white poison, sugar and white flour!

Good Luck to you - Be sure on June 16th that you did everything and anything you could and I take it you are the bride, you did it for you and he ( in these days and times could be her, not up on situation, and accept the weight you are at that day knowing you gave it your all - No reason to be upset or disapointed - YOU ARE DOING IT - GOD BLESS YOU AND THE SPOUSE TO BE - I KNOW THAT YOU CARE DEEPLY FOR THE SITUATION BECAUSE YOU ARE TRYING YOUR BEST AS EVERY MARRIED DAY WILL BE - THAT IS ALL YOUR SPOUSE CAN EXPECT - MUCH SUCCESS TO YOU

Ok Thank GOD that number wasn't all protein but whats your so on as you say...your body is holding on to what little food your given it..The protein looks find but up your Fats and Carbs and with excersize the weight will come off...Read your bio.your not fat or obese..your not far from your goal..So like you said your spinning your wheels so step it up and eat something and you will see results..how do you think we do it.See you at the blue line.😀

Klynn, l don't know what your talking about...In the early days when you first came about you where having a hard time of and on with your binges and we would give you encouragement to stay the course and then according to your stories you where on your way to magnificent weight losses but no weigh in to show us your accomplishment's..That's what motivates me to answer..not through stories of it..So when you join the rest of us putting it out there..that's when l will answer your site.That's my prerogative.😎

It was deleted because I know that I am better than that. I dont want to stoop to that level. I am not a bully. But I really dont know how you can read what he said to me, right above your comment, and then defend him. I have been in tears all day. I dont owe him a weigh in, who is he to say that I havnet shown my accomplishments?! I have lost 100lbs, and have proved it with pictures and numbers, and I am being bullied into tears, and you are supporting it. Thats fine, whatever. Im done with today.
