So, I'm doing the 4 day diet and my goal is to lose 27 pounds over a six month period. I recently injured my neck, back and knee in an automobile accident so I will be taking things slowly. I started the diet two weeks ago at 157 lbs. After the first 4 days I was down 5 lbs. Although my momentum was in full gear, last week I traveled and experienced a setback due to a very negative friend and her projecting her issues and lack of motivation on me. However, I am determined to make better choices and to eat right and exercise often.
