Yesterday was the start of my second week of P90X2! I'm sore so I know I'm doing a great job. X2 is so much harder since every move works your core also but I know my abs are going to be so happy! Still adjusting my diet, trying to make sure I'm getting enough protien and supplements to build my muscles.

Hey! You have a build just like mine >.< I've been athletic for most of my life, playing hardcore basketball for more than 8hours per day, that was quite a few years ago though >.> now my belly is covered in a huge layer of ADIPOSE *sigh* I'm trying to reach at least 60kgs before I start any Abdominal exercises cos I dont want to build muscles under fat :(
