What a difference a day makes, yesterday a cool dry wind blew thru and blew away all of that hot humid air. Yesterday I was a puddle of sweat and today I'm looking for a sweater. Too bad its raining, can't do much outside but it feels good to have some energy again. Usually when there is this clash of warm moist air and cool dry air there are nasty storms but the wind was from the south so all of the bad storms were to the north of us.
I raised my calorie intake a couple of months ago when my weight loss stalled. The idea was to keep the higher intake for a while then drop it again but I am having a hard time getting back down to a level that I can lose. Time to have a good long talk with myself and get back on track, the only good thing is that I'm not gaining.

Well, the good news is that it is cooler. Wish we would get a bit of rain! As for the caloric intake, at least raising your intake didn't result in a gain, and now when you lower it, the pounds will come off again. I hear you on getting back on track...I am in the same boat! Have a great day!

I looked over your food diary for today to see if there might be a way to painlessly cut 200 calories, but all I see is butter and mayo and frankly in my opinion they make life worth living on a bad day especially. (The longest run on sentence ever.) Sorry I couldn't be brilliant. :)How about sending some of that cool air down to Phoenix?

Maybe instead of cutting things out of your food plan, you could just reduce the portions a little bit? You know that old story, "eat less, move more"
