I have switched from diet to diet with no discipline. I am now trying the Sugar Busters diet plan as I had been eating too much junk and sugar.

I feel the same. I have regained all the weight I lost five years ago, and I have been unsuccessful in doing any type of dieting. Hang in there. We are bound to succeed at some time.
