I started the 300 cruches for 30 days and also been trying to walk a minimum of 20 minutes each day or at less 1 mile a day. I am incorperting a lot of water drinking at less 3 Liters a day and eating alot of fresh vegetables. I have found that drinking 2 cups of water before I eat helps me not to eat so much at supper time and also taking at less 15 minutes to eat slow me down and fills me up faster. Along with my vi-shakes I add flax seed too the shakes to also fill me. I found documenting what I eats helps keep me faithful and also stops me from snacking or taking a bit of my children's food.
