Did very well this week -- gave myself a treat on Friday :)
At school, I have lost 4.4%, which puts me in the lead!!!! Hope, I am able to get over my 150lbs hump.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
