So it is my second day on this and i am very excited. However i weighed myself this morning and wasn't pleased with what i saw. I had recently just finished a 10 day cleanse where i lost 7 lbs which got me down to 179 but i weighed myself this morning and found that i had gained 4 lbs. I think maybe i need to watch more what i eat and start exercising.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
