Had a long Holiday in Thailand so enjoyed myself and didn't stick to any diet. Was exercising a lot so quite happy with only gaining a few kgs. Will get back into this month
185.8 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
