Still swelling, but much less. After surgey I was 203, a gain of 9 lbs , all water, edema. I praise God for being with me through all of this. Every day now gets better. Next Saturday having MRI on left shoulder, can't raise the arm, may need surgery for that before the other knee can be replaced. Eventually I can look back and enjoy walking again without pain :) I love my smart phone ;D

Lost so far: 32.5 lb.
Still to go: 21.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
