woke up feeling swollen but didn't eat inflammatory foods?
Had very small piece of tomato pie last nite. First dairy or gluten in 7 days. Felt the cycle of wanting more was still not broken.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
