i have been stressing over my book 1 kids, forgetting that they are in that GTAR-Allegro limbo where everything falls apart. i remember to believe that they will get there!
204.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
