Been very motivated to watch my diet carefully. Haven't been recording calories because I am eating mostly homemade cooked from scratch dishes but watching and measuring food and keeping to a reasonable amount. Trying to stay about 1200 calories as I am still under the weather from bronchitas and am sort of weak so not exercising above doing some housework.

Bought some baby carrots to CHEW on as I like to chew food and crunch food which seems to make me less hungry.

Did have a feeling of wanting to get up after I went to bed last night and resisted the temptation.

Having steel cut oats for breakfast as they digest slowly and keep blood sugar up longer than many other kinds of foods, then a cup of low fat greek yogurt with a half cup of pureed blue berries for lunch and carrots as snacks.

Will eat stew for supper with 10 low sodium crackers (two servings) and carrots for snacks after supper.

Sodium is quite low and no edema in my legs.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
