This is driving me insane. I have worked out almost every single day the past three weeks and no weight change. I appear to look slimmer and a bit toned but no weight loss... I have kept to my 1500 calorie diet as the doctor said and I should have lost three pounds by now. This is... disheartening... Just want to feel good about myself again.

You should try cutting your complex carbs down some and look toward vegetables and lean meat for your calories. Opt for fresh, unprocessed food as much as you can, the fewer ingredients the better. Where you are getting you're calories makes a huge difference (ie: grilled chicken salad, no dressing -vs- french fries and breaded chicken) Also, to keep you motivated, Maybe start recording your inches? Sometimes, like this week, I don't drop weight, but I lose inches. So I can't feel too sad about the number not budging when I have another huge accomplishment. :)

Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle also burns more calories, so as you progress the muscle you are building by working out will help you burn more calories and you will start to see the scale go down. Exercising everyday is a huge accomplishment in itself. Keep it up, you will start to see results.
