You should try cutting your complex carbs down some and look toward vegetables and lean meat for your calories. Opt for fresh, unprocessed food as much as you can, the fewer ingredients the better. Where you are getting you're calories makes a huge difference (ie: grilled chicken salad, no dressing -vs- french fries and breaded chicken)
Also, to keep you motivated, Maybe start recording your inches? Sometimes, like this week, I don't drop weight, but I lose inches. So I can't feel too sad about the number not budging when I have another huge accomplishment. :)
