I like this diet because I can eat something I love everyday and still lose weight. If I go over my calories., I just get on my treadmill and walk while watching television rather than sitting down.

Sooooo wish I had a treadmill. Hubby says that I will use it for a couple of weeks and then it will become an ornament. I will just have to go walking instead!
