day 8. learned that I achieve macro goals more easily when I plug in my eating plan for the day over coffee. ✔ bulletproof coffee with 2 T coconut oil, 1 T grass fed butter, a pinch of cinnamon and almond extract is delightful✔ looking for ways to add fiber and keep macros in check...open to ideas!? ✔
