Earthlady's Journal, 22 July 2012

Still the same, although I've been marginally over 55 a couple of times this week. I haven't been doing as much exercise - missed 3 days completely due to hospital visits and the meds I'm on are making me very, very sleepy all the time. I did manage a shorter walk and a swim late yesterday afternoon and I'm hoping to do the same today.
121.3 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
