Did pack walk last night, hit 12,000 steps for the day. Finally. First time back since the injury. Felt mostly good, no aches at night, so pretty sure that I am good to go with care on my part. No off roading, right?
I seem to be on a slow roll lately. I'm not supposed to do weight training, so I am happy to get the slow burn I should be able to get with walking at night again. I'm hoping it warms up just a little from today.
