I haven't really been following my diet closely. But do try to eat a veggie dish with my meals. Just because it is Summer, and we are doing different stuff. But I'm staying fit thru yoga. Did 2 weeks of Boot Camp Yoga which is like Power Yoga and sweating bullets doing it.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
