I think my biggest problem with Atkins was not being able to cook interesting meals. I LOVE to cook. Keto is giving me the opportunity. This morning I made my take of egg muffins. I fattened them up with Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese, Butter, and Heavy Cream. I need to invest in silicone mold (I have a ton but use them all to make candles and wax melts). They may not look as pretty as I wanted but they tasted great. 1 net carb and 24 grams of fat at 281 calories.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
