very busy week. but have manage to lose just one pound guess thats ok considering i lost 4 last week. well for some reason my body is not hungry anymore and im having to make myself eat. I wonder if i skip a meal but i only eat healthy will my body still store fat? or will i lose weight? does anybody know????
