Thank you, everyone, for the support and encouragement! It means a lot to me. :-)

I spent part of the day getting food together for recipes, etc. I've found if I make certain that I have some on program foods and meals in the fridge I make better decisions.

Here is to a wonderful "on program" week to you all!! :-))
