Ugh factor walking at 6:15am this morning was over the top, but I "got er done"
Weight same, some days down little then next day up, at least no gain, but would still like the scales to go down and stay down !
Temps going to stay 104 - 107 for at least the next week, no rain in sight. We're not the only ones dealing with this crazy weather & very dry conditions.

Morning notfast..we may get rain all weekend..but it has been hot for us here too..anything above 95 is hot to us..I think in WV that if it hits 90 they give out lemonade..I bet they will have to stop that if this keeps up..Stay cool...:O)

Do you walk in your neighborhood, through your subdivision,at the track, or down the road? My husband has the "moving" bug. We have been for a few drives to "look at houses in the country." When I ask about our walking routes, we back away from a "house in the country" because of the wild going-into-town-to-work traffic - no sidewalks & such. What is your walking route like?

W4, my neighborhood has sidewalks. Lawrence is a town known for walking trails everywhere !!!
