Good start. This was Sunday mornings weigh in, first down day. Traveling. Entire cheat was one donut. Everything else was or packed and under calories, about 2200 total. Traveling with my scale. Yep. It keeps me honest. Kind of anal, but, hey, it's me. Keep it clean, kids.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
