Dropping my RDI...adding fruit, yogurt and oatmeal back into my diet. Also adding some 30 minute physical activity into my day. That does not mean sitting, driving, reading! Who adds that to their daily exercise?!! I will try, try, try to write everything in my food diary everyday. I will drink water. Look, I'm tired of starting over...I tired of sounding like a broken record. I don't need luck...I need determination and dedication!
