This morning I some how scratched my esophagus taking my morning pills, necessatating a trip to the ER and a mostly liquid diet. my stomach is cramping and I've been tierd and in pain all day long. and I didn't get to go running this morning. I haven't lost any weight lately and I don't think I've lost any inches either. at least the running is going ok when I manage to get to it. ran Friday morning with the kid and it was really great. we ran through the park and saw ducks and dogs and he got to hit the play ground after. I wish I was heathy enough and weather was nice enough to start every day with a run through the park.
