Have you considered tracking a moving average of your scale weight? This can help net out day to day water swings and take the edge off the scale.

It's the way the body fluctuates by what you eat. Weigh once a week or even twice a month! Your fine your body is just retaing fluid!

GOOGLE an article titled, "Why the Scale Lies" to learn why doing daily weight checks is discouraging

Thanks you all 😘. Also doesn't help if I go to checkers and get a double baconzilla at 11:30 pm 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 (I did it yesterday 😳)

Weighing everyday can be discouraging. Your body can fluctuate so much between fluid retention, food consumption through the day, and whether or not you’ve “relieved” yourself through the day. Best thing to do is weigh yourself first thing in the morning and once or twice a week. For example with my food intake I can be 5lbs+ than I was in the morning

The stress from the scale will cause your body to produce cortisol therefore showing fluctuations on the scale. Hide that thing- it’s not our friend!! Just watch how your clothes feel or measure for inches lost.

Easy to get discouraged looking at the scale too often.....However, just keep going and stick to what you know to do----if your on track your body will catch up and begin doing its job !!!!! Best of Luck .....

If you feel compelled to weigh often, try cutting back to every other day, then 3x a week, etc. I put my weigh-ins on a chart and watch the trendline. As long as it is going down, I am OK with that day's number.

Once a week is enough.

I want to weigh in everyday too but it does get annoying to have to add that .5 or whatever even though you know tomorrow it’s going to go back down 😑
