Continuing to monitor portion size, and calorie count. The Nature Own's Honey Wheat Bread Life 40 with 40 calories per slice has become a staple bread. Pretty much adapted to eating only 1 large egg vice 3 for breakfast and pretty much moving to Canadian Bacon vice regular bacon and turkey bacon. The Healthy Choice steamer meals taste pretty good and have low calorie counts.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've got to learn appropriate portion sizes myself. I'm doing keto and I never know if what I eat is too much and I feel when I cut back its too little. I usually fast and eat one meal a day and a snack before bed to hold me over the next day.

Fasting is too hard for me and gets me all messed up on how much I eat. Currently I do a good cereal with almond milk (unsweented 30 cal)to start the day, a meal replacement shake at lunch and dinner of choice in the evening. Breakfast normally hold me through the day but I can't wait for dinner. Portion control is a must and I am getting pretty good at it finally. Eating at a friends is a killer, Ha.
