Woke at 207.4, up 2.0 after a big eating day including after midnight snacks, lunch at 3, and a late dinner out after a movie. Definitely not OMAD! I only get 700 calories to get on calorie target after that. I may split that up over a few days. UPDATE: Fasted until 3 pm and ate a late lunch/early dinner. Weighed in at 206.6 before that. Let's see if we can use this small meal to get through the day. UPDATE: I did eat later and ended up at 2200 calories. Going to have to fast for a solid day to meet my monthly goals. Will likely do that during one of my work days this week.
