Wow, my blood pressure is staying low these days. I love not having to take meds anymore to keep it down. Tonight's BP is 120/68. I ate Taco Bell tonight for a quick dinner, but I didn't go too far over my RDI and I will try to work out again in the morning before starting my work day.
