AM CARDIO 6:45AM intervals 45:75x8, the rest incline treadmill (52 mins total =4miles) according to HR monitor 300 cals, Afternoon train, PM: take bootcamp class 5:30pm, taught TRX bootcamp 6:30pm - 617 cals for 2 hrs... not much..sigh. Workout cal burn = 917 cals
