I've done Weight Watchers before and was successful. I'm used to measuring my food and tracking it. Freestyle offers more options for me. I just have to remember I'm in a marathon, not a sprint; the weight didn't go on overnight, so it won't come off overnight. I will slip up once in a while, but ultimately, I will succeed!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

If u done it before n u are back at it u did not learn the main thing. It’s not a short term diet, it’s a forever diet. U can’t forget that or u end up right back where u started
