I am starting to be able to see some changes in my body. Others haven't really yet, but a friend at work who recently lost quite a bit of weight told me that other people don't notice til you lose 25-30lbs. I am happy that I am already seeing the difference though.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
