I want to hike. I want to run. I want to move, workout, and lift!
I can feel that I have lost some weight but I am afraid if I lost muscle or fat.

Going into 2nd week after the surgery.
I keep maintaining protein intake while carb intake has increased; hence my concentration boosted during study. Well I ain't doin nothing but reading now.

Oh, BTW, I noticed that my lactate level was quite high when I was in ER. Also, there was some ketone in my urine. I think I was starving too much at the time. I should be patient. Patient. Patient. WooooooSaaahhhhh~
