Day 3 of the 30 Day Shred. Dang, it's hard! I really hope I can stick with it and that it does deliver on results... Would love to drop a few pants sizes but I'd be happy with 1 for starters :-)

My daughter has started several of those types of exercise programs but never did make it through to the end on any of them. I think it's difficult to push yourself that hard day after day. But I'd love to see you finish it and find out what kind of results you got. Good luck!

Thanks Evelyn... I um... "took the weekend off" (i.e. I was lazy) and didn't get to it but back on track again today! :-D
