kurma itu karbonya besar lho,dan ternyata 100gr cilok kalorinya 200 lbh.. ak jg kemarin over gara2 gak cek kalori cilok, maen makan aja..😅

kemarin aku bukber bareng temen... ternyata makanan yg ada hanya sate dan siomay saja. sate satu porsi plus lontong 500an kalorinya..
