Mich-Rose's Journal, 19 July 2012

Today I chose not to do any dieting. I am going to enjoy food and not worry about what I am eating because Monday morning I am going to start doing the Visalus shakes and really watch what I am eating. I am going to record my food intake and get back on track.
This is my promiss to myself.
