Yesterday I had a lot of temptations, but I was determine not to give. I won't lie I did beg my husband to break his diet so I can break it as well. So I did a good job to keeping my diet!!!!
312.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
