This is my first entry in a long time. I haven't had my head in the game. Actually, I don't like being in my head. It's been tough (still) and I'm struggling with my thoughts. I going to get back into logging my meals, I think that might help. Well wishes to all. Happy eating!

Welcome back— stick with a plan. This can be done, it just isn’t easy, and it isn’t quick. I know and have been involved with several people in your situation who lost huge amounts of wt. and kept it off. Don’t give up.
