2722 kcal Fat: 94.30g | Prot: 93.89g | Carb: 408.81g.   Breakfast: walnut, Raisins, Cinnamon, Bananas, Blueberries, orange, Strawberries, Ginger, Kelp Seaweed, spirulina seaweed (Dried), organic steel cut oats, Lewis Labs (10g) Brewer's Yeast, 1oz Bill's Granola/Pancake basic mix (w/o oats or flour). Lunch: lewis labs, Spirulina Seaweed (Dried), Org almond butter(no salt added), Daily Bread Sprouted Whole Grain Sodium Free, Ginger, Bananas. Dinner: Navels Oranges, Egg. Snacks/Other: aussie bites. more...
