Woke at 206.2, down 1.6 from yesterday. Pushed out a lot of water and bulk overnight. Working from home today so I will do coffee and water all day and then one meal tonight. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner. Weighted 207.2 before that so the waking weight is today's low.
