Did 15 minutes on the treadmill tonight. Starting out super small and going to work my way up. I think with the treadmill is easier for me because when I watch TV I don't really care that I'm exercising, it's nice to be distracted. Still need to walk the dog though, she is getting so big! =( Maybe since I dread walking her I will make her walks shorter, and then I will walk her more often. Dragging around a dog for a half hour isn't fun for me or her. She's like exhausted by the time we're done. So maybe just smaller more frequent exercising will do me justice. I think it's a good plan! I ate pretty well today. Had a big spaghetti dinner, but not much snacking. Hopefully I won't go all crazy at bulk barn again. I don't know what's worse, forcing yourself to start a diet when you don't think you are ready, or waiting so long to start a diet because you feel 'ready'. I don't know what to do anymore, but I'm not going to give up.
