Comic Fest 2018 and deciding to keeo my keto diet!
There are SO MANY YUMMY (carb filled) foods at the Phoenix Convention Center. Today, I thought to myself, "I'm going to be walking and standing SO MUCH...I could probably cheat a little." But, then I thought of how much more weight I could take off if I just stuck with it and ate keto at Comic Fest. My daughter even walked around with me to each food vendor and physically stoo abd read the menus. Yeah, a lot of stuff comes with carbs...but it's USUALLY removable stuff. I didn't cheat and feel like I can get through the next three days of Comic Fest without cheating. Hooray for will power!
