It's a thin eye of round steak, cauliflower rice with cheddar, broccoli and butter, and cucumbers and celery with ranch.

I love cauliflower rice! I eat it with taco bowls or Asian foods. I've been doing mashed cauliflower too and I really like the little bit of flavor vs. plain mashed potatoes. Your plate looks good!
