I think i'm going to do a mini 30 day challenge of my own. Starting this Friday. I've been eating right acc. to dr.Atkins and in the four months since I joined FatSecret I've lost a meagre 18.8 lbs. That's 4.7 lbs per month (averaged).

That's not a lot considering i've only had 2 cheat days in the last 7 MONTHS!!! I still want to (in an ideal world) lose 16.2 lbs. For this challenge though losing 10 lbs is my target. I will weigh 127lbs on 20th August. I WILL.

Here's the tentative plan.
1. Say no to diet coke! Switch with coffee.
2. No more cream or cheddar cheese (these two make me stall). Simple, I won't be buying these.
3. Up exercise to 2 hrs per day for weekdays and 1 hr per day for weekends.
4. Drink more water and other healthier beverages.
5. Fat intake should be as close to 70% per day as possible.
6. Average 8-9 hrs of sleep every night. (This will be tough but crucial).
7. Cycle my calories: 1200 on weekdays and 1700 on weekends.
8. Stay away from sweeteners during the weekdays.
9. Most Importantly: Weigh in every 3 days.
10. Take measurements.

Okay! Its a plan. A plan that fits me perfectly. Time to get this butt in shape!

Good for you! It sounds like you have been paying close attention to what works for you and what doesn't. And it sounds like you have a plan in place that will deal with potential challenges. Go for it!
