Yesterday, ate mexican food Filiberto's veggie burrito-no tostada-as a bowl around 10pm
Morning, Bulletproof coffee, lunch-snacked on meats-salami, prosciutto, and string cheese, and random handfuls of almonds-unsalted
198.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
