Weight loss is never linear or constant even if you have the same amount of calories every day. Two weeks ago I was losing like 100 grams per day at 700-800 calories/day, I've got a bit frustrated.
Now, dropping the weight quicker than I thought and eating 800-900 calories, If I stall in the future I need to remember that it is temporary.

Also, a week ago I adopted a dog and I'm walking around an hour per day with my furry companion, I have felt less hungry and more active with him.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Think I'm going to make this my mantra "Weight loss is never linear or constant" it's always good to remember and not beat yourself up too much, just keep plodding down that long road. What kind of dog did you get? I know already that it will be wonderful cos they all are ;-)

I have noticed my carb intake, however small, leads to water retention and the scale going up by POUNDS. But, a one hour run causes it to go down by POUNDS. It is hard to separate these water fluctuations from fat loss/gain without looking at my calendar here on FS and doing a simple CICO (Calories In Calories Out) calculation.
