Received a nutrition plan from trainer. Today is my first day in following the nutrition plan closely and balancing carbs/fat/protein. Am excited to see how my body (and mind) will respond! Baby steps. Have been struggling with weight for the past 10 years, and there is definitely a shift occuring in my thinking and commitment to living a healthier lifestyle. My focus is on understanding "me", who I am and where I want to be, and that includes conscious living in my everyday decisions. :)
