Gained a lot of muscle weight back and have hit a plateau over the last few weeks in regards to weight loss. Feeling a little down about it but trying my best to get over this obstacle
202.2 lb Lost so far: 31.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
